We now offer a CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety – Fundamental food hygiene training for all food handlers.

Who is it for ?
Everyone involved in food production and delivery, from manufacturers and retailers, to caterers, has a moral and legal duty to know the principles and practices of food safety. Our six hour (1 Day) course is designed to provide the knowledge of how to implement good hygiene working practices and ensure you are fully compliant with Health & Safety legislation.

Assessment
Assessment is via a simple multiple-choice question paper. On successful completion you will be issued the CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
